Dear Animootjes,

Yearly we organise several formal and informal set activities. On this page you can find out about most of them. If you have any questions or suggestions for other amazing activities, you are always free to contact us!

Every year Animo organises a study trip to a European city, such as Budapest or Dublin. In March of 2019 Animo will visit the beautiful city op Prague!

The study trip is a week of fun and informal acitvities, but also a very educational week in which we visit local companies and universities. It's good combination between education and fun. It is a good way to get to know your fellow students and to get to know more about your study and the local culture of a beautiful European city.

Human Library

Human Library is an event which we organise once a year in collaboration with Academic Forum, Study Association Complex and the central library of Tilburg. Human library is a library in which you can borrow interesting books, but not in the way you might expect. In Human Library, you can borrow human books and have an open conversation with them - ask all your questions and be inspired by beautiful stories.

The idea of Human Library stems from having prejudices and the stereotyping of people, with the goal of taking away those prejudices and improving social cohesion. For example, what do you think about a refugee, a Muslim or a homeless person? Is your opinion based on prejudices and personal experiences?
